Flying Olive's Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar has an enticing aroma and a delicate, sweet apple flavor.  It is fruitier than most balsamic vinegars and is a wonderful way of adding aroma and taste to any dish. 

This balsamic vinegar complemens salads, fruit, pork, vegetables, fish, and poultry.

Oils that pair well with Apple Balsamic Vinegar are Flying Olive Basil, Blood Orange, Cayenne Red Chili, Chipotle, Cilantro and Onion, Garlic, Gremolata, Lemon, Persian Lime, Mushroom and Sage, Rosemary, Walnut, and Sesame.

Some ideas for using this vinegar:

Combine with Wild Mushroom and Sage to baste and inject into a turkey

Great in marinades or drizzled on pork, chicken, or fish

Drizzle on sweet potatoes or winter squash

Combine with Cilantro and Onion EVOO, brushing on acorn squash before baking

Here's a great idea from Denise T. of Amelia, OH: Sear a pork tenderloin in Flying Olive Mission, Melgarejo Picual, or the medium-robust Flying Olive Single varietal of Choice. Move to a crock pot, add 1 cup of applesauce, 2-3 Tbsp of Flying Olive Red Apple Balsamic and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

And here's another great idea from Denise: Prepare your salad greens, add chopped apples, walnuts, and a dressing of Flying Olive Red Apple Balsamic and Flying Olive's French Walnut Oil. Yum!
